***Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, shipping will take longer to process. Please allow 20-30 business days for processing.*** 

I am not held responsible for items that may arrive lost or damaged due to carrier mishandling. If you need to file a claim, please refer to the USPS website to file. Make sure to have photos and proof of damage as well as all original packaging. There is no guarentee refund. 

Ensure that you or someone you trust is at home at the time your package arrives to prevent theft. I am not responsible for stolen items. 

Please double and triple check your adress. I am not held responsible for items shipped back to me. Should this happen, in order to reship you will be responsible for paying the shipping price. If you choose to decline reshipment, you will recieve a 75% refund. 

 

Please allow 2-3 months for custom pieces as they are made after order is placed.
